历史沿革[edit]
1955年成立上亭高级社，1958年改设上亭大队，1983年改乡，1987年称村委会，1989年称管理区；1998年11月，县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准设立村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
总面积6.08平方公里，耕地1283亩、山地4568亩，设8个村民小组，村道已硬底化。[1]
人口民族[edit]
