名称与沿革[edit]
郊际村民委员会于1998年11月设立（怀发〔1998〕20号批复），因地处县城城郊边缘而得名。[1]此前郊际在1955年办高级社，1958年转为大队，1983年设乡，1987年为村委会，1989年为管理区。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
下设16个村民小组，人口近4000人（百度百科作近5000人），耕地2200多亩，山地约1.5万亩，另有鱼塘300多亩，山地中近8000亩是速生丰产林。[1][2]村民以种养为主，其余劳动力外出务工或从事建筑、商业；村内的白石村被评为省文明卫生村。[1]
