名称与沿革[edit]
村在山脚，地势较高，形似一只鸡，当地俗称“凤”，故名高凤。[1]1963年设高凤大队，1983年改乡，1987年为村委会，1990年为管理区，1998年起称村民委员会。[1][2]
人口与经济[edit]
总人口1913人（384户），下设10个村民小组，耕地597.5亩，其中水田426.5亩，山地1107亩。[1]村民多经营商业、饮食服务和运输；社会总产值（2009年）2557万元，人均收入5708元，优质稻种植375亩。[1]
