江布村在广宁县五和镇东南面，是全镇第二大村委会，有20个自然村、3657人。[1]一说村名取自辖区内一处面积较大的江布村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清道光年间叫岗圃。1956年先分作江布、龙江、高排三个农业社，两年后改为江布大队，1967年龙江、高排两社的范围并进来。1984年设江布乡，之后依次成为村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年）和村民委员会（1998年）。[1]

荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会于2021年12月授予江布村“2021年广东省卫生村”称号。2026年3月，江布村入选「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
