历史沿革[edit]
镇源在1930年是乡，1958年为大队。1985年同天心合并，各取一字，叫作天源乡；1987年恢复镇源之名并设村委会，1990年称管理区，1998年起为村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村内水田约1491.902亩，山地约14350亩。有完全小学两所，在校生272名；约300人外出务工。[1]2026年3月，镇源村入选「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
