拆石村是广东省肇庆市广宁县潭布镇下辖的行政村，在江禄线旁，面积15.96平方公里，设42个村民小组，博雅地名网载总人口4083人，是镇上人口较多的村。村委会驻拆石大寨，村名由此而来。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

道光年间，这一带归拆石铺管辖。1958年设拆石生产大队；1983年同下洞合并成拆石乡；1987年建村委会，1989年一度叫管理区；2004年下垌、木古两个村委会并入，称拆石村民委员会至今。[2]

经济[edit]

村委会距县城15公里、距圩镇9公里，是江屯、联和、北市等镇前往县城的主要出口。村庄分散，村民以种沙糖桔、龙须菜和番薯为主；木古的腐竹，被视为潭布腐竹的代表。[1] 2021年9月，拆石村入选第二批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（番薯）；2021年12月获广东省卫生村称号；2026年3月，被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

黑云头战斗遗址在村内的黑云头山，1948年游击队曾据此山与自卫队、县警和民团交战近一周。[4]
