爱村是肇庆市高要区小湘镇辖下的行政村，地处大湘公路旁，占地约6平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

爱村原为汉塘大队辖下的一个自然村，1975年分出，自成爱村大队，隶小湘公社。其后的变化是：1983年为乡，1987年为村委会，1989年为管理区，1998年成为村民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载村情，爱村有173户、673人。耕地420亩、山地6499亩，距镇城区约2公里。农户以种稻、种肉桂为主，2009年农民人均纯收入约5396元。[1]
