桂新社区属广东省肇庆市鼎湖区桂城街道，所在地是肇庆新区，辖区约9平方千米，博雅地名网预计常住居民约4万人。[1]

社区范围内有新区管委会、中山三院、医专校区和砚阳湖公园，也有保利花园、中海新城、时代年华三个住宅小区。[1]社区的办公点设在砚阳大道7号保利湖畔花园S2商业楼的底层。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

砚阳湖公园的占地约230公顷，水面约99公顷，2019年10月落成开放，2020年被评为国家3A级旅游景区。设计取端砚的形状，有“砚阳八景”，水系连着长利河和西江。[2]
