据博雅地名网所载，全村有476户、2229人在册，总面积约3.6平方千米，耕地2094亩[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

人民公社化的1958年，设尚书堂大队，辖今尚书堂与官塘两处，1961年官塘分出，另设大队。其后1983年称尚书堂乡，到1987年，改设村民委员会，1989年再改为管理区办事处，1999年起，恢复村民委员会之名[1]。

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]
  • 2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村[1]
