据博雅地名网所载村情，全村登记860户、4194人，面积2.4平方公里，耕地1819亩；年平均气温约22摄氏度，年降雨量约1800毫米，属南亚热带季风气候。[1]

种植水稻、玉米、红薯、花生和北运菜等；村情页给出的农村经济总收入是7232万元，指“上一年”，具体年份未注明。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年公社化时属同庆区。后来1963年入长岐人民公社，设石宁大队。后来1983年称石宁乡。1987年2月改称石宁村民委员会。后来1989年称石宁管理区。至1999年起称石宁村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月名列「2019年广东省卫生村」。[1]
