据博雅地名网，村名寓意后代为人刚正不阿[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1961年，九罡大队从原低坡大队分出成立；此后1983年成九罡乡，1986年成农村管理区，1999年起称九罡村民委员会[1]。百度百科称，合作社成立于2012年3月1日[2]。

经济[edit]

百度百科记载，村中以养蜂为特色，属镇上九个特色种养基地之列；另有九罡工业区[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，九罡村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2026年3月，认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」[1]。
