石仔岭街道是广东省茂名市高州市辖的街道，在高州市区的西南部，东邻金山街道，南接石鼓镇，西面隔鉴江与宝光街道相望[1][3]。辖区面积约42平方千米，下设南宫、南珠2个社区和8个行政村[1]。街道的前身是1995年设立的高州市石仔岭管委会，1997年11月定名石仔岭街道[2][3]。街道得名于驻地石仔岭村[3]。

据维基百科，1995年4月高州市设立石仔岭管委会，这是街道的前身；1997年11月，管委会改称石仔岭街道[2]。百度百科则记1995年5月设石仔岭街道[1]；博雅地名网南珠社区一页又写，1995年1月24日由管委会改设为街道[7]。几处说法不一，设立时间以1995年前后计，街道之名在1997年11月前后确定。

街道以驻地石仔岭村命名[3]。2021年10月时辖2个社区、8个行政村，办事处设在高水路坡心段8号[1]。

地理环境[edit]

街道位于高州市区西南，总面积42平方千米，东面与金山街道相接，南面与石鼓镇接壤，西边以鉴江与宝光街道相隔，被规划为高州、金山、石鼓三地连成的城区格局中的中心地带[1][4]。鉴江从北面流过；东面有架山和挂榜岭，二者合成一处森林公园；境内有库容180万立方米的粟冲水库，并有一座电视发射塔[4]。高水一级公路、高茂公路和207国道穿过全境[4]。

人口[edit]

2011年末，街道总人口4.02万人[1]。根据2020年第七次全国人口普查，街道人口为4.4万，在高州市各街道和乡镇中排第11位[3]。

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网转载的街道概况，该街道利用城郊的位置，发展畜牧、水产、蔬菜、果树和花卉五类生产；水产养殖面积3300亩，蔬菜面积1200亩[4]。工业方面，有企业768家，其中产值超千万元的22家；铸造、服装、皮革、食品和渔网是支柱产业，民营企业产值3.6亿元[4]。当时正在建设占地2000亩的蒲康工业园区和占地400多亩的惠迪商贸城[4]。2011年，街道的工业税收为1884万元，比上年增长17.5%[1]。以上数字为概况页写成时的情形，该页未注明年份。

教育与设施[edit]

维基百科列出的学校有高州中学（高中部）及高州市的第三、第五中学和第三小学，另有一处汽车客运站[2]。街道概况称，全街道10所中小学都已建成楼房，6所学校获得“美丽校园”称号，各村开办幼儿园，并建有街道文化中心[4]。

名胜古迹[edit]

南宫庵群是明清时期的佛教建筑群，在高州城南关的南宫岭，因规模比城西的观山小，又称“小观山”，现存复龙庵、宝莲庵、回水庵等，为高州市文物保护单位[5][6]。博雅地名网把它列为石仔岭街道一带的景点之一[3]。
