高地街道是广东省茂名市电白区所辖的街道，位于电白区西南部，东邻南海街道，北接水东街道，东南面向南海。辖区面积23.5平方千米，2018年末户籍人口40921人[1]；第七次全国人口普查（2020年）统计，常住人口约3.46万人[2]。街道办事处设在高地社区，下辖8个社区[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所录沿革，这一带隋初属南巴县，宋开宝五年（972年）并入茂名县；明成化年间分属电白县下博乡四都，有那渊、那和、那花等小乡，清代属典史管辖的南海堡，民国时属沙院乡[3]。

南海乡出现于1957年2月；1958年并入前进人民公社，翌年2月又另立南海人民公社；1983年公社改为区，1987年区又改为南海镇[3]。2001年1月起，这里不再归电白县，改隶茂名市茂港区[3]。2002年8月，广东省民政厅批准撤销南海镇，另设南海街道办事处和高地街道办事处，2003年9月正式挂牌[3][2]。高地街道的名称，来自原茂名市水东经济开发试验区一分为二后，把其中的高地片区单独设为街道办[4]。2014年4月，茂港区并入电白区，高地街道随之隶属电白区[3]。

地理环境[edit]

街道位于电白区西南，东邻水东街道所在的电白城区一带，325国道从境内穿过，进港公路贯通南北；东南濒临南海，海岸线长约7公里[2]。该街道属亚热带季风性气候[1]。澳内社区一带的海湾叫童子湾（又名澳内海），被晏镜岭挡在东侧，海面平静，成为天然渔港[5]。

经济[edit]

博雅地名网转载的街道介绍说，当地依靠海洋资源，从事捕捞、养殖、水产加工与贸易，并有塑料制品、橡胶制品、选矿、五金、家具、制鞋等工厂[4]。据百度百科，2018年工业总产值达13.8亿元，较上年增长10.1%[1]。沿海的澳内海、中海、山海、粤海各社区以渔业和海产品加工为主，那贞、那花、墨胶一带则种荔枝、龙眼，其中那花还种水东芥菜[6]。

名胜[edit]

澳内海（童子湾）是一处传统渔港，渔船清晨出海，上午回港交易；休渔期过后，沙滩上自发形成海鲜集市，档口多时约有200个[5]。
