1958年设唐禄大队，1983年改称唐禄乡，1985年成立村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年复称村委会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，该村名列「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2021年1月，入选「湛江市2020年度全市文明村」名单；2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」[1]。
