历史沿革[edit]

1952年设平泽行政村，1958年为平泽大队，1983年改称平泽乡，1985年成立村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年复称村委会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，平泽村名列「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2026年3月，村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」[1]。

文化[edit]

据快懂百科，平泽一带的村落每年端午节举办龙舟赛；每年农历四月初八，平泽上高村等十几条自然村的李姓族人举行“游邓公”的年例活动[2]。
