大院村是黄坡镇下辖的行政村，村名取意于房屋多、进深大的院落[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

人民公社时期，大院属黄坡公社那罗大队，称大院乡；后来那罗大队一分为二，分出大院生产大队，再改称管理区，1999年起为村委会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，大院村名列「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单[1]。
