历史沿革[edit]
附近有肖山岭，村以岭得名，聚落呈块状[1]。肖山大队设于1958年，1983年改乡，1987年改管区，1989年成立村委会[1]。2003年，鉴东村从肖山村委会分设出去[2]。
人文与经济[edit]
村里1964年建了水电站；梅化公路经过村委会。这里有明代进士吴永阳、清代举人吴文的故居[1]。肖山是长岐镇的工业小区之一[3]。2019年9月，肖山村被列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」[1]。
