铺前村是广东省湛江市雷州市覃斗镇下辖的行政村，雍正年间由陈、郑两姓迁来建村，2020年入选广东省首批“一村一品”专业村（芒果）。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

雍正年间，陈姓自福建乾塘、郑姓自雷州大埔分别迁来建村。民国时期隶海康县的海邑区（第九师）。1951年起，铺前、上言、山尾、安坡、七里五村一并归上言大队管，到1954年；1955年铺前与七里另立铺前大队，1963年合入山尾大队，1979年又重新单立。1984年组建塘边乡，下辖铺前、塘边、七里。村委会成立于1987年2月，1989年改管理区，1999年改村民委员会。[2]

经济[edit]

2020年8月，广东省农业农村厅公布「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」，铺前村（芒果）名列其中。[1]
