历史沿革[edit]
清雍正年间，邱姓从英楠村、殿城村迁来，建和合村；道光年间，梁姓从雷州白沙村迁来，建外村。此地1954年以前隶后洪乡，1955到1979年并在英楠大队内，1979年起单设头罗大队。1984至1986年，英楠、头罗与提交合为提交乡；1988至1989年，英楠和头罗另组英楠村委会；1989至1998年为头罗管理区；1999年撤销管理区，建头和村委会。[2]
