历史沿革[edit]
黎郭的建制沿革为：大队（1958年）、乡（1984年3月）、村委会（1987年2月）、管理区（1989年）、村民委员会（1999年）。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]
村委会辖下东村有中国庙，分东、西两庙，是海康县西区交通联络点旧址。大革命时期，黄学增等人在黎郭一带开展活动，培养出莫进民等十余名农会成员；抗日战争时期，这里是麻含桥东、溪头至北村交通线上的联络点，由溪头联络站站长林荣干设立，黎郭村的党员莫介眉、莫秀英等承担具体联络工作。[2]
