平田村是广东省湛江市廉江市良垌镇辖下的行政村。耕地平坦广阔，村民以平田为名。[1]

辖下的自然村平田济村，又名平田仔，约在清雍正年间（1729年前后）由张姓人家从吴川迁来建村，2012年有105户、500多人。村民以种荔枝为主，2020年组建了股份制的农业发展公司，2022年设电商中心；该村已列入“多彩良垌·醉美荔乡”乡村振兴示范带[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

解放后至1957年，村委会设在平田村；1958年大跃进时迁到黄榄山坡上的现址，当年称平田大队。1983年改为平田乡，1987年称管理区，1999年2月改为平田村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年9月，平田村入选第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产品为荔枝。[1]

2019年9月，其被列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
