历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历：村后的一座山形状像鹤，祖先就以“鹤”字定了村名。[1]
建制沿革：鹤岭乡人民政府成立于1950年；1953年同荔枝颈乡合并，名称不变；1958年起为大队；1961年两地分开；1980年恢复乡政府；1987年设村民委员会，1998年起为鹤岭村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位（2019年9月公布）。[1]
