上寮村是广东省湛江市徐闻县角尾乡的行政村，1986年经徐闻县人民政府批准设立村委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

上寮最初与许家寮、下寮仔同属许家寮大队（1961年起）。1986年，徐闻县人民政府批准它单设村委会；1988年大队分作三个管理区，它是其中的上寮管理区；1999年定名上寮村民委员会。2017年6月，原属上寮的新村仔析出，另设新村仔村的村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

荣誉方面：2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」；2021年1月，在湛江市评选中同时获「先进文明村」和「文明村」；2023年5月，获「2022年广东省卫生村」；2026年3月，被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
