北插村是广东省湛江市徐闻县下桥镇的行政村，位于镇中部，北邻旋安村，西与雷州市交界，旧称九斗庄。[2]

据百度百科，全村面积15.8平方公里，辖10个自然村，有727户3528人，耕地6507亩；农业以火龙果、释迦果、百香果、柠檬为主，并以村里的一片榕树林建起休闲小公园。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立北插大队，到1986年改设村委会，1988年称管理区，1999年起定为村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，所属的北插村南队村、百亩仔村、金竹村、龙群埚村获2022年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
