江洪镇是广东省湛江市遂溪县下辖的镇，位于县境西南部、雷州半岛西侧，临北部湾，东邻河头镇，北接乐民镇，南与雷州市纪家镇相连。镇域面积59.48平方千米，辖1个社区、8个行政村。[1][3]镇名取自江洪港，港口自明代由渔埠发展而来，今天仍是粤西的渔业重镇，当地的江洪渔港与凌晨开市的“天光鱼市”为人所知。[3][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科与博雅地名网，江洪一带建置始于明正统九年（1444年），最初只是一处供渔船靠泊的小渔埠，后来人口聚集成圩。[1][3]1934年（民国二十三年）成立镇公所。[2]此后行政归属数度调整：1951年5月前划在遂溪第六区，1953年起改入第十三区，1957年改设小乡。[2]

1958年一度设镇，当年9月即撤销并入新成立的乐民公社，三个月后公社改名河头公社；到1959年才单独设立江洪公社。[2]1983年底公社改区，1987年区又改回镇，建制沿用至今。[2]

关于镇名，博雅地名网解释为镇政府驻地临海，海浪汹涌，故名“江洪”。[2]

地理环境[edit]

镇域地势东高西低，地面平坦开阔，属亚热带海洋性季风气候，雨量较多。镇政府距遂溪县城88千米，距湛江市区93千米。[3]海岸线共22公里，滩涂约7400亩，可利用的近海水域有5万多亩，已用于养殖的约1.3万亩。[3]外海有仙裙岛，呈南北向的狭长形，约4.3公里长、250米宽，面积约1平方公里，与渔港码头隔海相对，是港湾的天然屏障。[8]

江洪渔港港池水面近90万平方米，能容1000多艘渔船同时避风，号称广东十大天然渔港之一；出港航线可达海南、北海和越南。[3]2020年9月，渔港被列入「第一批国家级海洋捕捞渔获物定点上岸渔港」。[5]近海盛产红鱼、鳝肚、马鲛鱼、对虾、花蟹和墨西哥湾扇贝等。[3]2020年8月，江洪社区的鱼干入选广东省首批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村。[9]

据镇概况，2024年全镇种养捕捞各业合计产值17亿元（比上年增6.6%），完成固定资产投资8962万元；当年推进的项目有昌洋生猪养殖基地二期和国家级海洋牧场的人工鱼礁。[3]2019年镇内有24家工业企业，规模以上的仅2家。[1]

每年伏季休渔结束后，渔港举行开渔仪式。2025年8月16日的开渔文旅周由江洪镇人民政府主办，经过约3个半月的休渔，当天中午12时渔港正式开海。[7]开渔周期间的渔获交易量，2024年超过2500吨，成交额超过6000万元。[3]

人口与区划[edit]

2019年末全镇户籍人口37975人；第七次全国人口普查（2020年11月1日）的常住人口为2.46万人，在遂溪县各乡镇中居第12位。[1][2]镇下辖江洪社区和大路、北草、四联、坛头、昌洋、姑寮、元发、江北8个行政村，另有自然村80个。[3]四联村由原先四个渔业大队合并而得名，元发、江北两村在1958年各成立渔业大队，江洪社区位于镇中心。[2]

文化[edit]

港口码头的“天光鱼市”天黑开市、天亮散场，开渔后渔船凌晨靠岸，约3时前后即开始交易；据百度百科，这一集市最初由沿海居民自发聚集而成，至今有百余年历史。[6]镇上每年端午举办海上龙舟赛，据镇概况，2024年现场观众5万多人。[3]此外还有醒狮等民间艺术表演。[7]

名胜古迹[edit]

鲤鱼墩遗址位于东边角村东南的田垌中，是一处新石器时代的贝丘遗址，因土墩形似鲤鱼得名，面积约1200平方米。[4]遗址由1982年的第二次全国文物普查发现，距今约7000至8000年，是迄今雷州半岛所知最早的人类居住地，有“雷州半岛第一村”之称。[3][4]2002至2003年正式发掘，出土了屈肢葬、陶器、石器、骨器和贝壳饰品，其中一件钵形陶釜被誉为“雷州半岛第一陶釜”。[4]2016年，遗址被公布为广东省文物保护单位。[4]

博雅地名网所列的“南柳人民抗法誓师旧址”等抗法遗址，其中南柳人民抗法誓师旧址在湛江市霞山区海头乡南柳村，并不在江洪镇境内。[10]
