丹寮村是民安街道辖下的行政村，统计用城乡分类为城乡结合区。[1]村里有丹寮上村和丹寮下村，村名由此而来。[1]

地名由来与沿革[edit]

博雅地名网说，村名取自辖区内的丹寮上、下两村。1952年，丹雾村与官僚村合设一乡，各取一字，叫丹僚乡；1958年改称丹寮大队；1983年又改回乡，1987年乡撤销，改设丹寮村民委员会。此后到1999年，丹寮、后山、三盆三个村民委员会曾并为丹寮管理区；管理区在1999年撤销，改设丹寮村委会，沿用至今。[1]该页对“僚”“寮”两字并用。

荣誉[edit]

丹寮村列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月公布）。[1]
