文亚村是民安街道辖下的行政村，统计用城乡分类为城乡结合区。[1]现在的文亚村委会，是1989年由山头村委会和原属西山村委会的文亚村合并而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

文亚在1952年设乡。1958年撤乡，归入北海大队；1984年大队撤销，文亚乡复设；1987年又改作山头村委会。到1989年，山头村委会同西山村委会辖下的文亚村合在一起，定名文亚村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

文亚村列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月公布）；湛江市2020年度全市「文明村」名单（2021年1月公布）中也有它。[1]
