雅瑶镇是广东省江门市鹤山市下辖的镇，位于鹤山城区东南的近郊，东面与江门市蓬江区棠下镇相邻，西面与桃源镇相邻。[1][2]全镇现分为3个社区、10个行政村。[1]镇域规划面积约83.28平方千米，2020年第七次全国人口普查登记人口3.42万人。[3][2]镇内有佛开高速公路和江沙公路通过，工业以朝阳工业园和雅瑶园区为依托，陈山村的香火龙是省级非物质文化遗产。[2][5][6][4]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所录沿革，清同治元年（1862年）此地设有瓦窑，后来改称雅瑶；民国至1949年后初期属鹤山县第一区。1953年设雅瑶乡，1957年划归越塘、昆东两大乡；次年改为雅瑶人民公社。公社于1983年8月撤销，原地设区，三年后的11月改区为镇。[2]
镇内各村多自称先人于南宋年间自南雄一带辗转迁来开村，博雅地名网的村情条目记有各村的迁居经过，如古蚕村的胡氏于绍兴二年（1132年）迁入。[2]
地理环境[edit]
镇域紧邻鹤山城区和江门滨江新区，规划文件把全镇定位为江门与鹤山融合发展的区域。[3]镇政府驻雅瑶圩，石湖、古蚕、古桥、大岗、陈山、黄洞等村（社区）在规划上属鹤山城区协调管理的范围，其余的雅瑶、南靖、昆东、隔朗、上南、建良和新雅由镇自行规划管理。[3]
面积有两种说法：镇总体规划写镇域约83.28平方千米，博雅地名网早年的概况写全镇面积82.3平方千米。[3][2]
人口民族[edit]
据博雅地名网转引第七次全国人口普查结果，雅瑶镇人口为3.42万人，在鹤山市各街道乡镇中居第4位。[2]镇总体规划则预计镇域人口规模到2025年为11.59万人、2035年为17.52万人，这是规划的目标值而非统计数。[3]
经济[edit]
2021年全镇完成工业总产值110.7亿元，规模以上工业增加值19.2亿元，地方一般公共预算收入1.82亿元。[5]2024年规模以上工业产值为110.4亿元，地方财政收入1.9亿元。[6]
镇内的工业平台有朝阳工业园，以及启动于2021年的中欧雅瑶新兴产业园，园区重点发展智能家电、高端装备和新材料；到2024年，雅瑶园区被列为省产业转移主平台，北片区、朝阳片区和南靖片区在推进土地平整与收储。[5][6]雅瑶镇在2020至2022年连续上榜淘宝镇名单。[2]
农业方面，雅瑶村一带的剑花、古蚕与古桥的粉葛是当地的土特产；近年柑橘、百香果、红茶、花卉种植和梅花鹿养殖有所发展，上南的红烟、南靖的红茶被设为种植示范点。[2][6]
交通上，佛开高速公路和江沙公路穿过镇境；珠肇高铁雅瑶段是列入省重点的在建项目，镇总体规划还提出在雅瑶设广佛江珠城际轨道的鹤山站。[6][3][2]
文化[edit]
陈山村每年农历八月下旬举行的香火龙活动，已列入广东省非物质文化遗产，当地正为它申报国家级非遗；2024年的香火龙活动吸引游客10万人次以上。[4][7][6]
镇内多处旧址与革命历史有关：昆东村的宋氏大宗祠是1924年中共鹤山支部成立的地方，雅瑶村罗经村有共青团鹤山县特别支部旧址，2024年的政府工作报告还提到雅瑶三端冯公祠里，团粤区委直辖的鹤山支部旧址已修葺并布展。[2][6]
教育方面，镇内有雅瑶中学、宝瑶小学、石湖小学、大岗小学等学校，2021年通过广东省教育强镇的复评验收；2024年沙坪第二小学大岗校区的新建部分启用，新增学位约1000个。[5][6]
名胜古迹[edit]
陈山村有1983年公布为文物保护单位的李铁夫艺术家纪念地；隔朗村有植亭陆公祠、德明祖祠和隔朗文阁；昆东村有宋氏大宗祠和清嘉庆十一年（1806年）建的节孝流芳牌坊；黄洞村口的汉秋亭建于1936年，2019年公布为第五批文物保护单位。[2]
荣誉方面，陈山、雅瑶圣堂两村在“十二五”期间获评广东省第二批“广东名村”，黄洞村获评江门市“五邑名村”。[7]江门市在2021年把雅瑶镇列入新一批文明村镇。[2]
