大岗社区是广东省江门市鹤山市雅瑶镇下辖的社区，位于鹤山市区南部，上南河把辖区分成东西两边，鹤山大道从北面经过。[1]名称取自1962年合并的大合岗、大路两个大队各一字；2004年9月村改居后称社区居民委员会。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载村情，吕氏与上南的吕姓同出一支，冯氏一支则相传由番禺迁南雄，再到鹤山越塘，后人迁到大岗的过桥、大督、车山等村；另有张、易等姓。[1]
清代属古劳都，民国至1949年后初期属鹤山一区；1957年并乡时归越塘乡。次年建公社，大合岗片编入雅瑶公社，大路片则隶桃源公社，到1961年也划给雅瑶。大合岗与大路两个大队于1962年合为大岗大队，1983年称大岗乡，1986年改称村民委员会，1990年为管理区，1993年划入沙坪控制区，1995年土地被市征收，2004年9月村改居。[1]
地理环境与人口[edit]
下有大路、过桥、牛眠石、新村、车山、大督、黄狮岗七个自然村，分17个村民小组，面积6755.1亩；条目记居民3260人，外来者占590人。[1]土地多被征用，余下的农田种水稻、蔬菜、花卉和果树。[1]
经济与教育[edit]
社区建有大岗工业开发区，吸引外商投资。[1]2021年镇政府报告提到推进大岗社区集体自留地和商住项目，并升级沙坪第二小学大岗校区；2024年报告称该校区新建的教学楼、食堂和宿舍投入使用，新增学位约1000个。[3][4]
