沙坑村是广东省江门市台山市台城街道下辖的行政村，处在街道的西北角。村境东、西、北三面都与水步镇相接，分别邻近群厚、干田和步溪村，南面是同属台城的北坑村。[1]

全村面积2.38平方千米，分为8个村民小组。按台城街道办事处公布的数字，2025年12月全村户籍人口926人（254户），平时住在村里的约311人。[1]

经济[edit]

村里的收入以农业为主，村集体主要把鱼塘和山林承包出去，村民多数种田或从事养殖。[1] 村委会先后引进二十多家企业，其中既有中外合资的，也有民营的，饮食业和工业在村境内都有一定规模；台城街道办事处的介绍还提到，台山黄鳝饭在沙坑已经做出了品牌。[1]

村中道路已全部铺成水泥路，各村也都接通了自来水；村委会设有公共服务站和劳动保障服务站等，方便村民办事。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2018年沙坑村获评江门市卫生村，2020年获评台山市文明村；其间的2019年，下属的吉水、横溪三村两条自然村被评为广东省卫生村。[1]
