梁家村在双水镇的西北，离双水圩约6公里，村里梁姓居多，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋末元初（1274年—1294年），梁姓先祖从南雄迁到这里立村，后来欧、崔、李、洪等姓也迁入，一度称为「五家村」，又改名「人和里」，取和睦之意。[1] 清同治年间（1862年—1874年），村中的梁世熙中举，其余四姓陆续外迁，才称梁家村。[1] 村中后来立有西潮里（清乾隆年间）和南阳里（清咸丰年间）。[1]

经济[edit]

全村分6个村民小组，495户，资料记人口1419人（男630人，女789人），耕地1429亩，包括水稻1010亩、鱼塘300亩。[1] 资料记2007年人均收入约5700元，村集体总收入25万元。[1]
