石乔村是江门市新会区司前镇的行政村，在镇的西北部，西面与鹤山市址山镇相邻，面积11.73平方千米[1]。户籍人口4392人，另有850名暂住人口，分15个村民小组[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科，村子明崇祯年间由李姓先祖自石步村迁来建成。民国时设石乔乡，乡名各取石步村和桥下村的一个字；到2004年，古猛村并入，辖区才成今天的样子[1]。

经济[edit]

全村耕地4368亩，鱼塘占860亩，山林约一万亩，生产以种植业为主[1]。2021年和2022年，村子获评广东省卫生村[1]。公交233路延伸到村里设终点站，通往江门站[1]。
