东红村在广东省江门市江海区礼乐街道，东面是环镇路工业开发区，南面是英南村，西面是东仁村，北面是英北村和镇龙村。村内有攀桂里、叶兴东里，叶兴西里、东兴里和英东里。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中有一百多年历史的谭氏家塾。[1] 南溪桥为单拱石桥，长207米、宽2.5米，花岗石砌拱，拱上刻楷书“南溪桥”，两端各15级台阶，据记载建于乾隆四十四年（1779年）。[1] 村里近年清理闲置地，利用旧青砖屋建成“怀古阁”，供写生和青少年教育活动使用。[1]
