牡丹园社区是汕头市金平区金东街道所辖社区，居委会驻牡丹园花园内。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区因所辖为牡丹园住宅区而得名。[1]居委1992年成立，早期隶属金园区金龙街道，2002年经批准正式成立，2003年3月重划区划，改归金平区金厦街道，2019年划入金东街道。[1]

地理环境[edit]

西起东厦南路，东至龙眼北路，北抵金湖路，南邻兴业路，面积0.13平方千米，辖5个居民小组。[1]
