历史沿革[edit]
1975年，这里属陵海街道的石炮台居委会；1982年划归石炮台街道。2008年3月，因居住人口增多，经汕头市民政局等部门批准，原石炮台居委会的辖区一分为二，分设石炮台居委会和滨港居委会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
北接红领巾路，南到海滨路，西起石炮台路，东至渔港路，面积0.31平方千米，下设5个居民小组。境内有汕头海关缉私单位和海滨长廊公园，主要干道为渔港路。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]
崎碌炮台由潮州总兵方耀奏请修建，同治十三年（1874年）动工，光绪五年（1879年）竣工，耗银八万余元，占地19607平方米，环形城堡的外径116米。[2]1989年列为广东省文物保护单位，2013年被公布为第七批全国重点文物保护单位。[2][3]炮台所在的石炮台公园，现为免费开放的纪念性公园。[3]
