沙白石村是珠海市金湾区南水镇下辖的行政村，村落形成于清光绪四年（1878年）。[1]村名是因为村子夹在两座山之间，附近多白色石头和沙地。[1]

1878年因人口迁入而成村，居民主要姓陈、钟、张。早期以农业为主，兼养鱼和生蚝，至今保留正月初八“开灯”的习俗。[1]

建制沿革[edit]

1960年建乡，沙白石、铜牛钉、荷包围、西坑四条自然村合组乡人民政府；1984年撤乡建村委会，沿用至今。[1]2019年9月，该村名列2018年度广东省民主法治示范村（社区）的创建对象。[1]
