大和社区是深圳市龙华区观湖街道辖下的社区，成立于2023年2月10日，面积2.19平方千米，辖有大和、田寮两个自然村。[1]有轨电车和龙华大道、环观南路等干道从境内通过。[1]

社区概况[edit]

据社区介绍，大和社区东面与鹭湖社区相邻，南、北两面接润城社区，西面是观城社区。[1]社区设大和居委会，实行一站一居；社区内有二级股份合作公司两家，即大和民股份合作公司和田寮围股份合作公司，前者的股民有469人，是观湖街道股民最多的二级股份公司。[1]

社区在原有4个街区的基础上重新划为6个：田寮、东庵两个核心街区，大和、大和工业两个自治街区，二中、美中两个共建街区。[1]辖区内有深圳市观澜第二中学（1991年9月开办）和美中学校（2009年创办的十二年一贯制民办学校）。[1]

大和社工村[edit]

大和社工村在大和路98号。2019年，龙华区民政局与观湖街道党工委在这里引进社工、艺术家、设计师等人才驻村服务，据称是全国首个“社工村”。[1]2020年街道对大和村的基础设施做了改造，在保留城中村原有生活气息的前提下，建成一条约110米长的“龙华社工街”，沿街设有青工共建花园、青工读书巷等16处小品。[1]
