德兴社区是深圳市龙岗区布吉街道的社区，位于西环路钱排村一带，总面积约1平方千米，共有十一个花园及城中村住宅小区。[1]

地名由来与沿革[edit]

社区以辖区内的德兴花园得名。据博雅地名网，这里原是广州军区深圳管理处的营区，1997年开发建成德兴花园，部队把管理处移交布吉街道后，2002年设立居委会，并划入宝丽路、粤宝路、西环路周边；工作站则设于1998年6月。深圳市住房和建设局在2022年8月公布第二批绿色（宜居）社区名单，德兴社区在列。[3]

社区概况[edit]

小区有马安山、粤宝宿舍、德福中心、泽润华庭、宝丽花园、粤宝花园和德兴花园等。2020年6月公布的数据是：总人口约1.8万，常住1.6万，户籍8000多人；办学方面有一所公办小学、四所民办幼儿园，另设社康中心一个，房屋295栋。[1] 博雅地名网另载，辖区有企事业单位43家、商铺362间。[2]

钱排村在数据中另列为未归入行政村的自然村，位于这一带。[1]
