大鹏社区是大鹏街道下辖的社区，设在大鹏圩镇的中心；原有的大鹏居委会和大坑居委会于2002年6月并为一个，2004年9月起称大鹏社区居委会。[1]

建制沿革[edit]

合并前的大坑居委会管着大坑上村、大坑下村两个居民小组，因大亚湾核电站建设而整村迁到圩镇。[1] 社区面积0.54平方千米（计生辖区口径），所辖地段有大坑村、莲花村等，还包括建设路、岭南路一带。[1] 地名取自半岛形如大鹏展翅的说法。[2]

人口与管理[edit]

社区有户籍975户2310人，其中大坑上、下村尚余68户184人；另有流动人员4181人。[1] 办公楼在王母街18号，2007年9月启用。此前2007年6月已设大坑、莲花两个综管办；到2009年5月又立了「大综管」工作中心，把辖区划成11个网格。[1] 社区以舞狮队和老年舞蹈队为特色文化，没有设社区一级的股份公司。[1]

荣誉[edit]

深圳市住房和建设局2022年3月认定它为「第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」，2024年1月它又被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[2]
