新桥街道是广东省深圳市宝安区下辖的街道，由原沙井街道东片分出，2016年12月26日设立。街道东邻光明区，南接福永街道，西靠沙井街道，北连松岗街道，辖区面积约28平方千米。[1][2]

街道名称取自辖区内的新桥社区，社区名又可追溯到明代的新桥里和新桥盐社。辖区以清平古墟闻名，另有曾氏大宗祠、永兴桥等文物古迹；2025年2月，街道的管理服务人口为46.8万人，其中深圳户籍7.9万人。[1][3][5]

历史沿革[edit]

新桥一带在明代设有新桥里和新桥盐社，街道名即由此而来。[1] 1949年后这一带先后归沙井大乡、沙井公社管辖，1983年改设沙井区，1986年再改为沙井镇。2004年深圳在宝安、龙岗两区推行城市化，沙井镇改为沙井街道；到2016年12月26日，沙井街道的东片地区划出，另设新桥街道。[1]

街道原有新桥、新二、上星、上寮、黄埔、万丰、沙企、象山共8个社区；2025年7月1日，由黄埔社区东部分出的洪田社区挂牌成立，社区增至9个。[2][16]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于原沙井街道的东部，博雅地名网载其辖区面积为28平方千米，建成区面积21平方千米。[2] 新桥河在永兴桥下汇入茅洲河，再流入珠江口。[1] 广深高速公路在新桥设有出口，107国道穿过辖区。[17]

人口民族[edit]

据第七次全国人口普查，新桥街道人口为36.47万人，在宝安区各街道中列第7位。[1] 街道办事处公布，截至2025年2月街道管理服务人口共468330人，其中深圳户籍79089人，另有389241人的户籍在外地。[3]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网所引的街道简介称，辖区有制造业法人企业2251家，规模以上企业238家，国家级高新技术企业86家，主导行业是电子信息类的制造业，电气机械和橡塑制品两个行业次之。[2]

街道办事处公布的2025年全年主要经济指标为：规模以上工业增加值5.2亿元，社会消费品零售总额7.4亿元，固定资产投资完成额同比下降24.1%。[4]

文化[edit]

街道的传统文化以广府麒麟醒狮和粤剧为代表。2018年，新桥街道（广府麒麟醒狮）列入「2018-2020年度“广东省民间文化艺术之乡”」名单。[1] 2023年，新桥麒麟醒狮武术馆在广东省麒麟大赛中获金奖，并在「第十五届全国舞龙舞狮锦标赛」的南狮男子组中，自选高桩与障碍两项都得第二名。[15]

据街道办事处2025年的报道，粤剧在新桥最早见于明朝万历年间的万家蓢村，即今万丰社区，此后每逢年节，万丰和清平墟都有请广州戏班搭台演出的习俗。[14] 新桥文化艺术中心经改造后于2026年4月重新开馆，三楼图书馆扩至近4000平方米。[13]

名胜古迹[edit]

清平古墟：街道办事处称，古墟建于清嘉庆年间，属深圳“四大古墟”之一，保存相对完整、规模较大，保留着永兴桥、新桥粮仓、广安当铺以及米机厂遗址、临街商铺和民居，多建于清末民国初。在2022年度的“广东摄影目的地”评选中，古墟获选并受牌。[5] 它还是宝安区的少先队校外实践教育基地。[6] 古墟的所在社区，博雅地名网和街道网站分别归在新桥社区与沙企社区名下。[17][2]

永兴桥：位于清平古墟内的三孔石拱桥，长50米、宽3.4米。康熙年间由新安县监生曾桥川始建，原为木桥，乾隆五十年（1785年）改建为花岗岩石桥；1984年被深圳市政府列入文物保护单位。[7]

曾氏大宗祠：位于新桥社区，整组建筑约1050平方米，1984年被深圳市政府定为重点文物保护单位，后又列入广东省的第四批文物保护单位。始建年代，博雅地名网称元代，百度百科称宋代，现存规模成于清乾隆、嘉庆年间。[8][2]

新桥粮仓：建于1946年，由两座并列的圆形仓库和办公房组成，次年宝安县田料科在此设办事处；它属宝安区文物保护单位，原是宝安县四座中心仓库中的一座。[9] 官方报道称，这座粮仓如今改成了阶梯剧场与电影艺术展馆。[5]

广安当铺：清末所建的碉楼式当铺，主楼为炮楼式，占地约588平方米，被称为深圳现存最大的当铺旧址，2019年修缮。[10][5]

曾耀添宅：位于上星社区新沙路，民国时期的三层混凝土建筑，外形为欧式而内部是传统民居布局，2003年11月3日由宝安区政府公布为区文物保护单位。[11]

新桥市民广场：位于中心路，占地约13.9万平方米，始建于2000年，2019年改造后重新开放。[12]
