沙井街道是广东省深圳市宝安区西北部的街道，濒临珠江口东岸，西北隔东宝河与东莞市长安镇相望，辖区面积35.79平方千米，下设22个社区。[1] 当地自宋代起养蚝，长期被称为「蚝乡」，沙井蚝是深圳最有名的土特产之一。[3][4] 现行建制为2004年7月撤镇改设的街道办事处；据2020年第七次全国人口普查，常住人口约54.83万。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

沙井一带东晋起属宝安县。北宋在此设归德盐栅，南宋升格为归德盐场，盐业是早期的地方经济；街道内的衙边、后亭等地名都与盐场的官署、场社有关。[2]

新中国成立初期属宝安县松岗联乡，1950年4月划入宝安县第四区，1955年秋改属上南区，1958年3月撤区设乡，同年9月归超美公社。[2] 沙井公社于1959年1月成立；1983年7月公社改区，到1986年10月区又改为镇；最后在2004年7月，镇让位于街道办事处。[1][2] 2004年的农村城市化中，原来的村民委员会改为社区居民委员会，现有的22个社区多由此而来。[2]

地名的来源，博雅地名网记为因古沙井村和沙井圩而得名，一说是此地为沙洲、井底多沙。[2] 街道里的沙一至沙四、蚝一至蚝四，则是依次排序的村名。[2]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于宝安区西北部、珠江口东岸，东邻公明街道，东北接松岗街道，南连福永街道，西面是伶仃洋的交椅湾，西北以东宝河同东莞市长安镇分界。[1] 属亚热带季风性气候。[1] 深圳宝安国际机场距沙井约8公里，广深公路和广深珠高速公路穿过辖区。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

百度百科记载，2021年沙井街道常住人口548251人；2021年规模以上工业总产值1323.91亿元，比上年增长17.1%，同年规上工业增加值为319.32亿元，增幅20%。[1] 多数社区的户籍人口只有数百至一两千人，而常住人口达数万，外来务工者占绝大多数。[7][8]

2024年，街道全年新增1家上市企业，当年落户招商项目30宗；沙井蚝又被列入广东省地理标志培育产品（第二批），沙蚝社区入选2024年全国「四季村晚」冬季示范展示点。[5] 街道还提出，借助规划中的地铁12号线延长线，把机场、会展中心、海上田园旅游区和沙井古墟串联起来。[5]

沙井蚝与蚝乡[edit]

沙井蚝个体肥壮，肉色乳白，1980年获农牧渔业部「国内质量最佳奖」。[3] 北宋诗人梅尧臣有「薄宦游海乡，雅闻归靖蚝」之句，被视为我国人工养蚝最早的文字记载之一，「归靖蚝」「靖康蚝」是沙井蚝的旧称。[3] 明万历年间（1573年至1620年），蚝民发明了用陶瓦片作附着器的养殖法。[3]

新中国成立后沙井成立蚝业合作社，1956年、1957年被评为「模范合作社」，1958年获国务院奖状。[3][4] 1983年前后，蚝民改用浮筏吊养，并在阳江、台山、惠东沿海建起三个异地养殖基地。[3] 1991年12月，蚝业村分为蚝一、蚝二、蚝三、蚝四四个村民委员会。[16]

「沙井蚝民生产习俗」2007年被深圳市政府收入首批市级非物质文化遗产代表项目名录，2022年又被广东省政府列为第八批省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目。[3][4] 自2004年起，每年年末举办沙井金蚝节，据百度百科，至2025年已举办二十二届。[3][17]

名胜古迹[edit]

龙津石塔俗称「花塔公」，位于沙四社区，据载建于南宋嘉定十三年（1220年），是用来镇水的风水塔，塔身刻佛像与经咒；它于2003年11月被公布为宝安区文物保护单位，2015年12月被公布为广东省文物保护单位。[10][11]

江氏大宗祠在步涌社区，清代建筑，三开间三进，两侧山墙用蚝壳砌成，是深圳地区少见的蚝壳墙宗祠；2000年被沙井镇政府、2003年被宝安区政府公布为文物保护单位。[9][12] 衙边社区的陈朝举墓始建于南宋，清乾隆十三年（1748年）重修，1999年3月被公布为宝安区文物保护单位。[13] 辛养陈氏大宗祠为清代建筑，2017年3月被公布为宝安区文物保护单位。[14]

壆岗社区的智熙家塾由旅越华侨陈智熙建造，时间是1908年（清光绪戊申年），据介绍是宝安区现存最早的华侨建筑。[15] 沙三社区的沙井蚝加工厂是宝安区文物保护单位，百度百科称其1953年兴建、1954年建成投产，博雅地名网则记为1955年建成。[6][18]

海上田园旅游区位于珠江入海口东岸，占地163万平方米，1999年1月开工，2001年9月29日对外开放，2009年底评为国家4A级旅游景区，保留了基塘和红树林的湿地景观。[19][20] 沙井公园在蚝乡路与将军路交会处，占地约5.4万平方米，园内设有蚝壳墙。[21] 此外，2025年党工委工作报告提到，沙井古墟已成为深圳首个获批历史风貌区保护规划的更新单元。[5]
