大新社区是广东省深圳市南山区南头街道下辖的社区，位于街道南部，社区以辖区内的大新村命名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立前，有一批宝安沙井一带的人来南头养蚝，租住在一甲村、关口村、涌下村和界边村；1951年，他们同当地蚝民合组大新互助组，1958年建人民公社时成为大新大队，当时仅300多人。[1][3]1980年改设大新村委会，1992年成立深圳市大新实业股份公司。[1]社区居委会由大新居委会与新铺街居委会合并而成，2004年12月挂牌为社区工作站。[3]

地理环境[edit]

社区北起南头街，南到学府路，东靠南新路，西邻前海路，管辖面积约0.68平方千米；辖区内有华府花园、金海花园、金桃园大厦、前海金岸等居住小区。[3]

人口民族[edit]

据博雅地名网转载的材料，社区总人口33839人，其中常住3272人，流动人口30567人；出租屋18361套（间），各类房屋1252栋，其中大新股份公司的189栋民房统一规划、围合管理。[3]社区被称为密集型的农城化社区，多数房屋已列入城市更新范围，辖区另有两处历史文物保护点。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，社区名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」；2022年3月，获评「第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」。[1]
