东海社区是深圳市福田区香蜜湖街道下辖的社区，位于街道南部，四至为北红荔西路、南深南大道、西农林路、东香蜜湖路，因辖区内的东海花园得名。[1][2]

沿革[edit]

1998年10月，街道设香竹居委会；2000年它与香梅居委会合并为农园居委会；2005年福田区「居改社」试点时，农园居委会分设为农园、东海两个社区居委会。[2] 区政府网站记东海社区成立于2005年4月。[1] 2022年8月起为第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区。[2]

范围与人口[edit]

区政府网站称辖区面积0.62平方千米，共9个居民小区、40栋住宅楼，住户2826户；常住4283人，流动人口4320人；498家单位几乎全是非公有制经济组织（494个）。[1] 博雅地名网的面积为0.65平方千米，常住人口8651人；该页还称沿深南大道有14栋办公楼，共1003家企业，并有301户863名外籍人士在社区居住，约占总人口的10%，来自31个国家和地区；2011年起街道在这里创建东海国际文化社区。[2] 博雅地名网同时称东海花园是全国首个3A级住宅小区，这是该页自己的说法。[2]
