湖口村是广东省韶关市南雄市湖口镇所辖的行政村，镇政府驻地所在。[1]2019年12月被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」，是全省首个“三变”改革试点村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名与镇名同源，指原为湖泊的出水之地。[1]1954年为初级社，1955年，田心、湖口、坪地三社合为高级社，1962年再并成湖口大队；1983年改乡，1988年改管理区，1998年撤区设村委会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据村情资料（未注明年份），全村1267户5074人，总面积11086.5亩，耕地5858亩，下设22个村小组，黄烟田2780亩，另种水稻3048亩和花生1030亩。[1]

据《韶关日报》2024年报道，村里率先在张屋村小组开展“三变”改革，张屋村耕种面积增加76.22亩，村集体经济收入由不足1万元增至31.5万元；全村2023年集体经济收入90.54万元，同比增长159%。村集体统一流转撂荒地，引进阳光玫瑰葡萄、稻虾共作和中草药种植，并成立“五湖机械”富村公司。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」；2019年12月被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」；2020年8月入选首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村（中草药）；2021年12月获评「2021年广东省卫生村」；2023年入选「全省“百千万工程”首批典型村」；2024年4月入选「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村创建名单」。[1][2]
