矿石村是广东省韶关市南雄市湖口镇所辖的行政村，村委会在镇政府以北约5公里，与岗围村、珠玑镇相邻。[1]

矿石村委会设于2005年，由原矿岭、石坑两个村委会撤并而成，村名各取两村名中的一字。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
据村情资料（未注明年份），全村289户1127人，总面积6285亩，耕地2630.8亩，下设9个村小组，黄烟田863亩，另种水稻1626亩和花生368亩。[1]2024年3月被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」；2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
