营盘村是新丰县黄磜镇下辖的行政村，曾是黄磜地区最早设公社的地方，是省级茶叶专业村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村四面环山，据说曾是农民起义军盘踞的地方，村名由此而来。[1] 1950年以前，营盘与后草、下黄合为西湖村；1950年分出，设营盘乡。公社化时成为大队，1984年改乡政府，1986年改村委会，1990年改管理区，1998年又复设村委会。[1] 黄磜镇的沿革材料称，1957年镇域称营盘乡，1959年设营盘公社，是黄磜地区最早的镇级机构。[2]

经济[edit]

2020年8月，营盘村列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，品种是茶叶。[1] 2024年1月，村确定为2023年度广东省的民主法治示范村；2026年1月，又入选广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
