大布镇位于广东省韶关市乳源瑶族自治县南部，是县内最南面的乡镇，辖1个社区和7个行政村，镇政府驻大布街，省道258线从镇内南北穿过，距县城约67公里。[1]镇域面积220.26平方千米，处在石灰岩山地之中，平均海拔600多米。[1]境内的广东大峡谷是国家4A级旅游景区；腐竹、笋干、番薯干并称「乳源三宝」，是本镇的主要特产。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据乳源县政府网站的镇情介绍，南宋乾道三年（1167年）大布境内已有人居住，当时属乳源乡大富里。明弘治年间，瑶人李本琛自肇庆调防乳源，驻守牛婆峒，后在当地定居，被奉为牛婆峒的开村始祖；清代，牛婆峒和大布洞已列入乳源县28个较大的乡村之中。[1]

新中国成立前称大布乡，成立初仍称大布乡，1961年成为公社，1983年升为区，至1987年才建镇。[2]

解放战争时期，这里是粤北的革命活动地区。县政府网站提到「首战狮村」改变了当地的革命局面，英乳边区人民联防办事处在大布青龙祠成立，被说成韶关地区成立的第一个革命政权。[1]

大布镇地处粤北山区、岭南山脉深处，东邻武江区江湾镇和曲江区罗坑镇，南接英德市波罗镇、石牯塘镇，西面和北面与洛阳镇相连。[1]镇内以石灰岩山地为主，县政府网站称林地面积共28.8万亩，覆盖率65.59%（统计包括广东省大峡谷省级自然保护区）；年平均气温为18.9℃，降水量每年约2028.7毫米，无霜期286天。[1]博雅地名网另载有较早的一组数据：年均气温17.3℃，年均降雨量2040.8毫米，无霜期277天，并说镇名来自南部埕头村附近的埕头瀑布，该处河床宽二十多米，河水飞泻而下，落差217米，形成大瀑布，故名大布。[2]

面积方面，百度百科和县政府网站均为220.26平方千米，博雅地名网另有约175平方千米的旧数。[1][2][3]

县政府网站所载的镇情数据为户籍2963户、13808人，常住4738人；2004年的旧数据为12794人、2261户。[1][2]百度百科列出的2020年常住人口为7261人，维基百科引用的数字为7293人。[3][4]几个数字口径与年份不同，常住人口的差别明显，是大量村民外出所致还是统计范围不同，所引资料没有说明。镇域内有87个自然村，108个村民小组（旧数据），现数据为村民小组85个。[1][2]

县政府网站介绍，2025年地区生产总值合计2.7174亿元，三次产业依次为0.9313亿元、0.2670亿元和1.5190亿元。[1]

农业以「乳源三宝」为主，即大布腐竹、大布笋干和大布番薯干，另有铁皮冬瓜、西洋菜和中药材。全镇番薯种植约3700亩，黄豆约2600亩，笋竹约2.5万亩；2025年的产值，笋干约5300万元，番薯干约1800万元，腐竹1600余万元。[1]2020年，大布镇和英明村先后入选广东省第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇和首批专业村（番薯干）；2022年又入选专业镇（笋干），白坑村入选专业村（柑橘）。[2][5]

新能源方面，大布风电一、二期项目位于尖峰笔、三磨芨一带山脉，装机容量160兆瓦，安装风力发电机组69台，据县政府网站，2025年发电量4.342亿度，是广东省核准的装机容量最大的山地风电项目；镇内还有分散式风电三期和分布式光伏项目。[1]

全镇设中小学2所，在校学生925人，幼儿园1所，乡镇卫生院1家，村级卫生站7间。[1]大布镇在2024年3月获评2023年度广东省卫生乡镇。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

广东大峡谷（又称乳源大峡谷）位于镇内，县政府网站称其为华南唯一的地陷大峡谷，全长15公里，最大切深400多米，形成约一千万年。[1]百度百科则说它是燕山运动形成的裂谷，景区内有六大潭瀑群、1368级通天梯和千米绝壁栈道，现为国家4A级旅游景区。[6]峡谷顶部溪水下泄，形成落差200多米的埕头瀑布。[2]

红色遗址有钨英炮楼、坪崆炮楼、「首战狮村」旧址和英阳乳曲人民反蒋抗征队队部旧址。[1]
