英明村是广东省韶关市乳源瑶族自治县大布镇西南部的行政村，隔河与镇政府相望；村名取村民卓越而明智之意。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，英明在建国初期为英明乡，1958年改称英明大队，1983年设乡政府，1986年改为村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年恢复村委会之名，沿用至今。[1]
