奎塘村是韶关市浈江区花坪镇的山区行政村，距镇政府约3公里，下辖7个自然村、8个村民小组，共372户1805人，党员63人，耕地1033亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子四面环山，呈长条形的坪洞，原名“龟塘洞”，后人按方言改用同音的“奎”字，成为“奎塘”。此前是奎塘管理区，直到2002年才改建村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

2020年8月，奎塘村入选广东省农业农村厅公布的首批省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村，产业为蜜柚。2019年9月，进入2018年度省级民主法治示范村（社区）创建名单。[1]

古樟与新产业[edit]

花坪镇概况记，奎塘村位于镇西北部，距镇区5公里，被评为广东省「森林乡村」；古圩场村小组的「连理樟树王」是韶关市「十大樟树王」之一，与山下村小组的成片古樟相连，称「古樟廊带」。[2] 2025年，村里与企业合作在约30亩地上种植黄金百香果，预计年产4万多斤，增加村集体收入5万元。[3]
