长地头村是韶关市浈江区花坪镇南部的行政村，辖6个村民小组，村委会设在新村长地头。据博雅地名网，现有人口1528人，耕地1005亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子位于一座山的南端，当地方言把“端”叫作“头”；村旁有一道南北走向的长形小山坡，村民在坡上开荒种地，故称“长地头”。新中国成立后，这里先后称管委会、大队、管理区，1998年成立村民委员会。[1]
2024年3月，长地头村被命名为2023年广东省卫生村；2026年3月，该村又被列入「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
稻果蔬轮作基地[edit]
花坪镇2024年3月的工作小结提到，长地头村建成稻果蔬轮作草莓种植项目，大棚40多亩，日均收获草莓约500斤，带动周边农户30余人就近就业。[2] 镇概况还提出以长地头村、花坪村的工矿用地和原茶山卫生院、煤管站等临街房产，发展餐饮、住宿等服务业。[3]
